The board of Greening Wingrove and Arthur’s Hill would like to invite
you to our Annual General Meeting for 2025. This is an important part of
our Governance as a CIC where we consider the accounts for the year Nov
2023 - Nov 2024 and where directors are elected.

We would also like to share with you our budget for the upcoming year.

The meeting will take place from 5.30 - 6.30pm on Friday the 9th May
after which there will be a social in the Bike Garden. Please save the
date.

If you are not able to make it but would still like to participate in
the democratic functions of the cooperative you may register a Proxy
Vote. Please find details of how to do this in our constitution Point 28
