CIC Board Member

You will provide expertise and direction to the Greening Wingrove Community Interest Company enabling the local area to be greener and live more sustainably. Through your volunteering you will gain confidence, interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Key Tasks

  • Regularly attend CIC Board meetings and important related meetings
  • Actively contribute to CIC board meetings
  • Take part in Greening Wingrove CIC activities and events
  • Stay informed about committee matters, prepares themselves for meetings and reviews and comments on minutes and reports
  • Gets to know other committee members and builds relationships
  • Volunteers for willing accepts assignments and completed them on time
  • More focused roles….

How much time?

Board meetings occur once a month with project work in between working in the community. As with all voluntary roles the more you put in the more you get out! Helping make Wingrove a better place to live.
