It is free for people living in Arthur’s Hill, Spital Tongues and Wingrove. If you can’t make Wednesday mornings, you can get advice over the phone. Call 0191 277 2627 Monday – Friday after 9.30am and before noon.
Sessions are provided by the City Council Welfare Rights Service through a decision of Wingrove ward councillors, who manage public funds to support local residents.
